These terms govern use of eruditeaudit.com and any audit engagement services provided by Erudite Intelligence LLC.

Services

Erudite Intelligence LLC provides smart contract security review services. All engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Submission of the intake form does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service.

Scope of liability

An audit is a point-in-time review of code at a specific commit or version. It does not guarantee that the audited code is free of all vulnerabilities, or that future changes to the codebase maintain the same security posture. Erudite Intelligence LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

Confidentiality

All client code, documentation, and non-public information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not publish audit reports without explicit written client consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
